You set the temporary password yourself and hand it to the driver directly (no email invite is sent). They can log in right away with it — there's no forced "change password on first login" step yet, so let them know they're welcome to change it later.

Check the modules each person should have access to, then hit Save for that row. Role sets a sensible starting point when an account's created — these checkboxes are what actually control access day to day, so feel free to mix and match per person.

Truck Assignments — Day Roster
Build the whole day at once: pick who's on each truck (up to 5 people per truck), then Save Day. Each person can only be on one truck per day — moving them to a different truck and saving just moves them.
